All measurements must be accurate. Enter measurements in inches, and use centimetres (cm) only where specifically required.
Measurements should be taken using a proper measuring tape with the help of another person.
Random, estimated, or incorrect measurements should not be submitted.
Actor must wear light cotton or simple fitted clothing while taking measurements.
Measurement submission does not confirm final selection, role confirmation, or costume allocation.
For actor below 18 years of age, measurements must be submitted with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.
OthBrok Production LLP reserves the right to contact the Actor for clarification, correction, or re-submission of measurement details if required.

I confirm that all measurement details submitted by me are accurate, taken in inches using a proper measuring tape, and submitted with my consent for casting, costume, and production-related purposes.

Measurement Instructions

Please fill in all body measurements carefully and accurately.

Wear light cotton or simple fitted clothing while taking measurements. Avoid heavy, loose, layered, padded, or thick clothing, as it may affect measurement accuracy.

Please take help from another person while taking measurements. Do not submit random, estimated, or guessed measurements.

Use a proper measuring tape only. Measurements should be entered in inches, and use centimetres (cm) only where specifically required.

Stand straight in a natural posture while taking measurements. Make sure the measuring tape is placed correctly and is not too tight or too loose.

Please double-check all details before submitting the form. Incorrect measurements may affect costume fitting and production planning.
